Appellate advocacy is a specialized skill, particularly in complex or high-profile cases. The Weinhardt Law Firm regularly represents clients in appellate proceedings, having obtained appellate victories in a wide variety of civil and criminal cases. Many clients have hired the Firm to challenge or defend a district court judgment even though the Firm was not involved in the district court proceedings.
